Returns and Refunds

We can not understand why you would return a Arc biohacking product but we have to offer a return policy so here it is:

You can cancel your order within 30 days after receiving your products, without giving a reason. To start a return, email [email protected] with your name, order number and the products you wish to return. You may use our withdrawal form, but you do not have to. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

After notifying us, please send the products back without undue delay and within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover the costs. If a product is faulty or incorrect, contact us first so we can help.

You may inspect and handle the products as you would in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If handling goes beyond what is necessary for this, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value, where applicable. Please include the supplied accessories; original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory rights.

We will refund the amounts paid for the returned products and, where required, the original standard delivery charge. Any extra charge for a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard option is not refundable under the statutory withdrawal right. For partial returns, delivery refunds depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

We will issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify us of your decision to cancel. Unless we have offered to collect the products, we may wait until we receive them or you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged a fee for the refund.
